Everything starts with the meat—organic and certified. Quality is non-negotiable. The rest follows the same logic: we make our own sauces, work with artisanal brioche buns, and use fresh potatoes.

We believe in doing things properly, the way they’ve always been done, taking care of both the product and the process.

This approach has earned us recognition such as the Solete from the Repsol Guide.
